Three Meat Chili

Perfect Fall Comfort Food

Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
1 lb sausage
1 lb thick-sliced bacon
2 cans Bush’s Chili Beans
2 packets McCormick Chili Seasoning
1 can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
2 cans Hunt’s Seasoned Diced Tomatoes in Sauce
1½ cups diced onions
2 tbsp miniced garlic
Directions
Brown the meats: In pot, cook the ground beef and sausage together with onions until meat is browned. Drain off excess fat.
Cook the bacon: In skillet, cut bacon into small pieces, and cook until crisp. Stir often to prevent burning. Add cooked bacon to the pot.
Season: Sprinkle the chili seasoning packets over the meat mixture and stir well to coat.
Add the rest: Add beans, all tomatoes, garlic, and 1½ cans of water. Stir thoroughly.
Simmer: Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cook for about 30 minutes, stirring often.
Serve: Enjoy hot — great with shredded cheese, sour cream, cornbread and even cinnammon rolls!
