Oven Baked Lamb Chops

A quick and easy way to enjoy lamb chops

8 lamb chops

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 2 cloves garlic minced 2 teaspoons dried Herbes de Provence pinch salt

black pepper


1. Preheat oven at 400 degrees

2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper

3.Place lamb chops on cookie sheet. Sprinkle salt and black pepper.

4. Mix all other ingredients to make an herb paste

5. Spread a spoon full of paste on each chop

6. Bake in oven for 20 minutes

7. Enjoy
