Here’s a delicious and easy-to-follow recipe perfect for a low-carb, protein-packed

Smoked Meats

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless ribeye steaks (or preferred cut)

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

  • Salt, pepper, and smoked paprika

  • Optional: Dry rub (garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, herbs)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your smoker to 250°F.

  2. Season steaks and chicken thighs generously with salt, pepper, paprika, and your favorite rub.

  3. Place meats in smoker and cook until:

    • Chicken reaches an internal temp of 165°F

    • Steak reaches 130–135°F for medium-rare or as preferred

  4. Let rest, then cube both steak and chicken.

Pan-Seared Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter

  • Salt, pepper, and a pinch of chili flakes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high.

  2. Add shrimp, season with salt/pepper, and cook for 2–3 mins per side until pink and opaque.

  3. Remove and set aside.

Zucchini Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 3–4 medium zucchinis, spiralized with a Veggetti

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet.

  2. Add zucchini noodles and sauté for 2–3 minutes until slightly tender (don’t overcook).

  3. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp butter or olive oil (or mix both)

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Optional: splash of heavy cream for extra richness

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, melt butter or warm oil over medium heat.

  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (1–2 mins).

  3. Stir in Italian seasoning and Parmesan. Add cream if using.

  4. Let it simmer for 2–3 mins, stirring occasionally.

Assembly

  1. Place zucchini noodles in a bowl or plate.

  2. Top with cubed smoked steak and chicken.

  3. Add shrimp on top.

  4. Drizzle with warm garlic Parmesan sauce.

  5. Garnish with more cheese or parsley if desired.

Optional Add-ons:

  • Red pepper flakes

  • Squeeze of lemon

  • Sun-dried tomatoes or sautéed mushrooms
