Whipped Cheese and Peach Dip

Ingredients
Whipped Cheese
8 oz cream cheese, softened
4 oz goat cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
Toppings
1 ripe peaches, diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
2–3 tablespoons honey, for drizzling
1–2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
For Serving
Toasted baguette slices
Instructions
Whipped Goat Cheese & Charred Peach Dip
Toast the pecans.
Air fry at 300°F for 3–5 minutes, shaking halfway through. Let cool and roughly chop.
Char the peaches.
Grill or sear peaches in a hot grill pan or skillet drizzled with oil for 2–3 minutes.
Let cool for a few minutes, then dice into bite-sized pieces.
Make the whipped cheese.
In a food processor or with a hand mixer, combine the cream cheese, goat cheese, and vanilla . Whip for 2–3 minutes until smooth, light, and fluffy.
Assemble.
Spread the whipped cheese onto a serving platter or shallow bowl.
Mix the charred peaches with the toasted pecans and chopped basil. Spoon on top of cheese
Lightly drizzle with balsamic glaze.
