Ingredients:

- 1/2 large sweet potato

- 2 tbsp Parmesan Asiago Garlic dip

- 1/4 cup cooked shredded chicken

- 1 piece of bacon, cooked and crumbled

- Sliced red onions (to taste)

- Fresh cilantro (to taste)

- Sliced black olives (to taste)

- Shredded Parmesan cheese (to taste)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).

2. Prepare the Sweet Potato: Slice the sweet potato in half. Take one half and mash it down into a round, flat shape on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. This will serve as your pizza base.

3. Bake the Sweet Potato: Place the sweet potato in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes, or until it begins to soften.

4. Prepare Toppings: While the sweet potato is baking, prepare your toppings. Shred the cooked chicken, crumble the cooked bacon, slice the red onions, and slice the black olives.

5. Assemble the Pizza: Remove the sweet potato from the oven. Spread the Parmesan Asiago Garlic dip evenly over the sweet potato. Top with shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, sliced red onions, black olives, and cilantro. Sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese over the top.

6. Bake the Pizza: Return the sweet potato pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the toppings are heated through.

7. Serve: Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a minute or two, then slice and serve while warm.
