Rosemary Bourbon Bliss


  • 2 oz Bourbon

  • 1 oz Grapefruit Juice (freshly squeezed for best taste)

  • 1/2 oz Amaro (choose your favorite type)

  • 1/2 oz Rosemary-Infused Maple Syrup

  • Ice

  • Grapefruit slice and a sprig of rosemary for garnish

Rosemary-Infused Maple Syrup:

  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup

  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary

To make the Rosemary-Infused Maple Syrup:
  1. In a small saucepan, combine the maple syrup and fresh rosemary sprigs.

  2. Gently heat the mixture over low heat for about 10-15 minutes. Do not let it boil.

  3. Remove from heat and let it steep until it reaches room temperature.

  4. Strain out the rosemary sprigs and store the infused syrup in a sealed container in the refrigerator.

Cocktail Preparation:

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the bourbon, grapefruit juice, amaro, and rosemary-infused maple syrup.

  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until the mixture is chilled.

  3. Strain the cocktail into a glass filled with ice.

  4. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
