Ribeye Steak Fingers

Comfort food with a twist


2 lbs of thin sliced rib eye cut in rectangular slices

1 box of Zatarain's Southern Buttermilk Chicken Fry Mix.

Directions

1.Heat your electric deep fryer

2. Prepare batter mix as directed and dip ribeye strips

3. Fry until golden brown and enjoy.

Lump crab meat gravy 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 3 green onions (thinly sliced) 1 cup half-and-half (or light cream) 4 to 6 ounces crabmeat (cooked and flaked) Salt to taste (kosher) In a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-low heat. Stir in flour until smooth and bubbly. Continue cooking, stirring, for 1 minute. Add the green onions to the flour mixture then gradually stir in the half-and-half. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add the crab meat and salt and pepper, to taste.
