Pineapple Pecan Chicken Salad

A great way to use leftover chicken


3 cups of shredded cooked chicken

1/2 cup of mayo

1/2 cup of crushed pineapples

1/2 cup of chopped pecan

2 TBSP of dried basil


Directions

1. Mix chicken and mayo together well.

2. Add pineapples and pecan and stir well

3. Add basil and stir well

4. Enjoy
