Mongolian Beef Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Linguine noodles

  • 2 lb Ground beef

  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

  • 6 cloves Garlic, minced

  • 4 tsp Ginger, grated

  • 4 Green onions, sliced

  • 3 tbsp Brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup Beef broth, low-sodium

  • 6 tbsp Hoisin sauce

  • 1/2 cup Soy sauce, low-sodium

  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch + 1/4 cup water

  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Avocado oil spray, for cookin

Instructions:

  1. Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat avocado oil spray in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.

  4. Stir in garlic, ginger, and green onions; cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

  5. Mix in brown sugar, beef broth, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir well.

  6. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to make a slurry. Pour into skillet, stirring until sauce thickens slightly.

  7. Add cooked noodles to the skillet. Toss until evenly coated in sauce.

  8. Serve hot, garnished with extra green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
