Meatballs Stew

A quick hearty crock pot meal


Ingredients

1 bag frozen meatballs

1 stick unsalted butter

1 cup flour

3/4 cup diced onions

1 1/2 cup creole mix ( yellow onions, celery, green and red bell peppers, green onions, and parsley)

32 oz beef broth

Directions

1. Mix, stir and cook butter, flour, and onions on med-high heat until a dark brown.

2. Add beef broth and mix well

3.Add creole mix

4. Place meatballs in crockpot and top with gravy mixture.

5. Cook on high for 4 hours.

6. Enjoy
