Fried Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings are one of my favorites. I created a dip inspired by its deliciousness.
1 Rotisserie Chicken
7.5 oz tube of garlic and herb cream cheese
1 cup of sour cream
3 tbsp lemon Pepper seasoning
1 cup of Parmesan cheese
4 slices of gouda cheese
Shred chicken. I like to use both dark and white meat.
Add cream cheese and mix well.
Mix sour cream and lemon pepper together. Once mixed well, add to chicken mixture.
Add parmesan cheese and mix well.
Place chicken mixture in a oven safe dish and top with gouda cheese slices.
Place in Preheat oven at 375 degrees for 20 min.
Serve with veggies, tortilla chips or crackers and ENJOY!
