Lemon Blueberry Pancakes

A quick, easy, delicious breakfast or brunch.

Frozen Buttermilk Pancakes

1 cup of whipped cream cheese

2 TBSP of lemon juice

2 TBSP of sugar

1 can of blueberry filling

Blueberry syrup

Directions

1. Mix cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice, set aside

2.Take 3 pancakes and wrap them is a damp paper towel. Microwave for 60 seconds.

3. Spread lemon cream cheese in between each layer of pancakes

4. Top pancakes with blueberry filling, then pour your desired amount of blueberry syrup on top.

5. Garnish with powder sugar and enjoy
