Deep Fried Peach Cobbler
A simple twist to a southern favorite
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 tbsp Cinnamon
4 fresh peaches
1 premade puff pastry sheet
1/4 cup of cinnamon sugar mixture
Make cinnamon simple syrup by mixing sugar, water, and cinnamon together. Heat on medium heat for 2 minutes.
Cut 3 to 4 slits in each peach.
Dip peaches in cinnamon simple syrup.
Roll peaches in cinnamon sugar mixture.
Cut puff pastry sheet into 4 equal sections.
Wrap each peach in a puff pastry square.
Deep fry for 6 minutes .
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and Enjoy
