Deep Fried Peach Cobbler

A simple twist to a southern favorite


1 cup sugar

1 cup water

1 tbsp Cinnamon

4 fresh peaches

1 premade puff pastry sheet

1/4 cup of cinnamon sugar mixture


  1. Make cinnamon simple syrup by mixing sugar, water, and cinnamon together. Heat on medium heat for 2 minutes.

  2. Cut 3 to 4 slits in each peach.

  3. Dip peaches in cinnamon simple syrup.

  4. Roll peaches in cinnamon sugar mixture.

  5. Cut puff pastry sheet into 4 equal sections.

  6. Wrap each peach in a puff pastry square.

  7. Deep fry for 6 minutes .

  8. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and Enjoy
