A easy crock pot meal perfect for Taco Tuesday
Ingredients
1.5 pounds Stew meat
1 jar of ranchera salsa
32 oz beef broth
1/2 cup of onion
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp chili powder
2 tsp Mexican Oregano
2 tsp Crushed Red Peppers
5 bay leaves
Corn tortillas
Shredded Cheese
Directions
1. Brown Stew meat in a greased skillet.
2. Move meat to crock pot.
3. Add all ingredients to crock pot and cook on high for 6 hours.
4.Remove meat and shred
5. Dip tortilla in broth(consume )in crock pot and place in a hot greased skillet
6. Add meat and cheese to half of tortilla.
7.Fold in half and toast both sides .
8. Place some of remaining broth in a bowl and top with Cilantro for dipping taco
9. Enjoy
