S'mores Cake




My friends at Betty Crocker reposted a cake I did last summer and it made me want to run to the store to pick up supplies to make another one.

Here is how I made....


I made cake layers by using Betty Crocker's Milk Chocolate cake mix.

I frosted the cake with marshmallow fluff and added graham cracker crumbs between layers. I used my butane torch to toast the frosting and marshmallows I used to decorate top of cake.

I drizzled cake with ganache. I made it by boiling one cup of heavy cream and pour over 1 1/4 cup of chocolate chips. Cover for 3 minutes. Stir and drizzle on cake. Eat immediately because it's delicious.
